As we continue to give evidence of the truth that meaningful unity and genuine fellowship are only possible through the love of Jesus Christ, may more and more people in our community join in to acknowledge and align themselves with the only One who truly deserves our reverence and joyful praise.
Last Sunday July 29th was a beautiful time of experiencing the diversity of the Body of Christ coming together to worship the Triune God.
Midday we joined the ‘Fellowship Union Service’ which is an informal ecumenical network of six predominantly black Pentecostal churches in the region who hold a combined midday worship on the 5th Sundays of the year. This past Sunday was hosted at ‘Way of the Cross’ in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Then in the evening we joined the Greensville-Emporia Ministers’ Association’s 5th Sunday night community-wide revival at the Greensville Elementary Performing Arts Center.
